The idea of SalesLair has been something I have been thinking through and tweaking for years. I've always enjoyed working at startups and through my professional experiences and ad-hoc consulting engagements, I started to see patterns in what was needed in order for a young startup to sell it's solution and grow as a company.
This not only involved creating, implementing, and scaling a repeatable go-to-market motion, but facilitating communication between all of the people and departments within a startup while simultaneously creating a culture that empowers both personal and professional growth for all, and have fun while doing it.
As you know, if you have ever worked in a startup, this is not an easy thing to do. It is however, something that my team and I are passionate about!
