Jr. Account Executives

  Key Responsibilities:

· Comfortable being an ambitious hunter focusing on driving net new business for our Partners by generating net new demonstrations, trials, and partnership opportunities. 

· Expected to leverage any existing relationships within the IT/Security community to help introduce SalesLair Partners to net new accounts.

· Prospecting for new business includes engaging in good CRM hygiene, and creating effective client campaigns through emails, phone calls, & social media outreach with a dedicated follow-up process.

· Ability to understand the competitive positioning and value propositions for multiple exciting new cybersecurity startups.

· Establish net new relationships that add value to all parties. 

· Present SalesLair and our Partner Solutions through both in-person meetings and video conferencing technologies.

· Possess the desire to learn throughout the entire sales cycle (Full Life Cycle Sales) as you generate net to opportunities with the support of the entire company.

· Working closely with Leadership both at SalesLair, and at our Partner Companies to meet & exceed sales & go-to-market targets.


Requirements: 

· Experience in both prospecting and closing business within ‘mid-market’ and ‘enterprise' customers 

· Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in the past 

· 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development and/or Account Executive positions.

· Proven hunter background with a track record of success.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance

· Risk Taker

· Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience

· Strong working knowledge of various Sales Technologies

· Bachelor's degree preferred.
